Palmer Contractors have established a reputation throughout the UK for quality work and is a preferred fit-out contractor to a long list of PLCs. Projects range from dilapidation work and fit outs to design and build of new facilities, building maintenance and refurbishment work and so much more. We can offer a turnkey solution as the main contractor, and are a value added sub contractor to many in our industry.

Palmers started trading in 1983 as a joinery firm covering the Pontefract area. Craig joined the company in the late nineties determined to compete in the commercial property fit-out market and by the time the business incorporated in 2002 they had a long list of PLC’S and blue chip companies and this has grown since with new clients joining their portfolio every year. Craig has a First Class BSc Hons degree in Building Surveying from Sheffield Hallam University having previously completed his ONC/HNC Building and Civil Engineering.

Clients appreciate being able to communicate directly with Craig both in and out of hours, he gives good, sound, impartial advice. Palmers stand for honesty, integrity and straight talking. Palmers always complete projects on time and within budget no matter what the complexity, which means working proactively with clients.

Palmers still have a Home Improvement Division, and welcome domestic customers. Clients that value the professionalism and attention to detail that our team of skilled tradesmen bring any job however small. We carry out new build extensions, conversions, 1st and 2nd fix joinery, kitchen design and fitting, bedrooms, flooring etc.
